11th of May is the first of 6 weekly running sessions. Suitable for all levels of running, the session will start at the property and you will then head out to the local park, where the session will include;
Full activation, drills, main set and cool down.
Anthony Fletcher (Fletch) will teach you running techniques and take you through intervals of time and intensity rather than running a distance and crossing a finish line, which can be intimidating for beginners or those who don’t run at elite pace.
