Wednesday 16th February The Health Checks Location: Ground Floor Meeting Room Therapist: Benedicta As part of the my.wellness week, we are providing you with an opportunity to book a complimentary Health Check. Choose from one of the following Health Checks, each lasting 20 mins: ● Postural assessment ● Food diary analysis ● Cardiovascular endurance assessment ● Body fat composition assessment ● PT surgery, where you can discuss a health & wellbeing related topic of your choice. On completion of your health check, you will receive a personalised report with practical tips and ways to improve that key area. *Due to limited availablity , please note that Helath Checks are limited to one per resident. one per resident.

Our Nutritionist; Emily will delve deeper into some of the latest nutritional science and topics of interest in todays world. - The brain in our gut and how what we eat effects our mood - Why diversity is key in nutrition - Why a calorie is not a calorie Don't miss out on Emily's top 3 recommendations of how to improve your health through the foods you eat.
