
Join Joseph for our weekly Strength and Conditioning class every Tuesday at 6pm in the Fitness Studio.
This super fun class focusses on a complete-body workout (upper body, core, and lower body), using a mixture of high-intensity movements and weighted pieces of equipment, whilst having a keen focus on Muscular and Cardiovascular Endurance.
The class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Please wear appropriate clothing for exercising and bring a drink with you to help keep you hydrated.
