Yoga is a mind and body practice. Yoga combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga has many physical and mental benefits, including building muscle strength, enhancing flexibility, reducing stress and enhancing overall wellbeing in life.
Please wear appropriate clothing for exercising and bring a drink with you to help keep you hydrated. We would encourage you to bring along your own Yoga mat if you have one.
