
Join David for our weekly Strength and Conditioning class every Tuesday at 6pm in the fitness studio.
Build your strength with a high-octane class using your own bodyweight and a mixture of traditional weight training exercises to challenge and change you for the better – feel fitter, stronger and manage those day to day activities with more energy and endurance.
The class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Please wear appropriate clothing for exercising and bring a drink with you to help keep you hydrated.
