Group Gym Induction
A great way to learn how to get the most out of your time in the gym!Whether you are a first time gym goer, or a regular gym user, a Gym Induction can be a great way to learn more about the safe and effective use of the Gym Equipment, whilst learning new training techniques from a fitness professional. An Induction really can benefit everyone!The gym induction will be facilitated by a certified fitness professional who will impart a range of both practical and site specific knowledge to you that makes you feel at ease.Please consider the following information in preparation for your Induction: Water Bottle - Water bottle should be the first thing you pack in your gym bag, keeping hydrated when doing any form of exercise is essential. Clothes - When thinking what to wear to a gym induction, try loose fitting clothes, preferably cotton, that allows your skin to breathe and is comfortable. Eat - To prepare for a gym induction, try to eat 1-2 hours prior to exercising. Trainers - You may have bought a new set of trainers for the gym, but ensure they are comfortable, fit for purpose and support your joints. Total Strength Class
This 45-minute sessions is designed to work every muscle group, focusing on quality over quantity and delivering a productive workout. The trainer will help you own your session, moving around the stations of strength and power. Aimed at building confidence and strength within yourself. Suitable for all levels 700+ calorie burn Total body workout
Sweat Out Class
Sweat out is sweaty! Imagine old school body pump on 15 cups of coffee. This class is split into 2 groups. Group A work in blocks of 10 minutes on resistance and bodyweight exercises, whilst Group B work on muscular endurance, plyometrics and core. After 2 blocks of each, you will have jelly legs, burned in excess of 700 calories and wish old school body pump still existed. 45 minutes Suitable for all levels 700+ calorie burn Total body workout
Power Flow Class
Power flow is a beautiful vinyasa flow with a gentle twist. This class is perfect for those that are looking to build strength and flexibility in the body, whilst aligning breath with the body. You will be eased into gentle movements before progressing in to more complex moves and holds, whilst being assisted by your instructor throughout. 60 minutes Suitable for all levels Vinyasa Practice Strength & Flexibiity
