HIIT
Join David for our weekly HIIT class every Thursday at 6:30pm in the fitness studio. This complete-body workout uses high intensity interval training to build cardiovascular endurance. Increase your cardiovascular output whilst your endurance and energy levels soar. Aimed to raise your heart rate, using a mixture of high energy and varying impact exercises. HIIT will help you get lean, toned and very fit very fast!The class will last for 45 minutes. This is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. You'll be burning those calories for hours after this challenging but fun session! Please wear appropriate clothing for exercising and bring a drink with you to help keep you hydrated.Capacity of the class will be capped at 12 people so please be sure to book on via the below form.
